How and when can I access my account information?
Access is available all day, every day through the internet.  You must have a Web Browser capable of 128 bit encryption.  If you are not sure if your Browser is capable, click here to run a test. Logon through our website using the Login ID and PIN you get during enrollment.  
 
Can I change my Logon information?
Yes, you can change your Login ID and PIN after your initial login.
 
What happens if I forget my password?
Call us at 334.624.8804 or email us at onlinebanking@peoplesbankofgreensboro.com.  If you enter the wrong Login information three times, your access to the system will be locked and you will need to call us to have your account reset.
 
What kind of email alerts can I set up?
You can set email alerts to notify you when:
  • New statements have been generated
  • Your balance goes below/above a certain dollar amount
  • Certain items have cleared
  • You have a NSF item
  • A loan or CD is maturing
  • A transfer failed
  • A bill payment rejected, etc.
